I pulled in at 5:50 pm with a flat tire, hoping that I could at least get advice. The man (John, I think) was super helpful, even though it was closing time. He found a cartoon for my 2 year old grandson, removed his carseat for me, and cheerfully offered to stay late to put new tires on the car. I've never had such great service anywhere else. He even assisted my husband who had arrived and got stuck in the snow. The facility itself was clean and comfortable.

Came over needing to take my spare off and put a new tire on, they squeezed me in 30 minutes before closing and got it done. Very efficient and respectful. 5/5.

Recently Tires Plus made a mistake and sent me home with the wrong snow tires. When it was discovered, they made it right by purchasing the same grade of tire, which my son-in-law says are the Best, and they mounted them for no cost to me. I’m impressed and glad to tell the story!

Went in to oil change and tires rotated all at same time.. Valvoline couldn't rotate my tires as their lift wouldn't fit my jeep Cherokee.. so went next door to tires plus (where we purchased the tires). Luck be hold, got us in right away.. tires were rotated and job done in like 15 minutes.. excellent work.. except!!! They never looked at tire pressures.. as usually the back runs more then fronts.. now that tires were rotated, air pressure was off.. I know it's minor, but it's part of the job as is programming the sensors..
