I called for a same day oil change, even though they were short staffed they still got my car in. They also drove me home in my vehicle, at my personal request, because I had stopped at the store beforehand. Even offered to help me bring my groceries inside! Very thankful for their great customer service!

Every experience has been nothing but positive from start to finish. Everyone that I have ever talked with on the phone or the storefront has been friendly and professional. Appointment availability is always great; I’ve never had to wait more than a week. We’ve had a couple emergent issues(flat tire, bad battery) crop up that they were able to fix quickly and at a much more affordable price than I’m accustomed. They always seem to have to parts we need in stock. The military community in Minot is very lucky to have such an exceptional team of folks to help keep our families safe by keeping our vehicles in great driving condition.

The manager Sam is super helpful and nice. He is very customer focused. I dont knkw much about cars but from what I can see they did a great job! We will be returning for other services as needed in the future.

This group is legit! We’re new to the area and everyone said to come here. They actually know what they are doing and are honest. Perfect combo! Awesome communication and you get text updates and then texted an entire report about your vehicle. I can’t name one place that does that in Washington DC. Come to Minot, ND and they have more wherewithal and are more advanced than a big city. My daughter went to get her tires rotated and after looking at her car they let her know that it looked liked they were just rotated. Sure enough they had just been rotated after she looked at her last oil change receipt from the last place she went to. They could’ve just taken an 18-year-old’s money but instead they actually took care of her. Sounds small but it’s the little stuff that matters. After a dealership downtown told me my SUV (with only 22,000 miles on it) needed almost $5,000 worth of work, I took it here and they told me exactly what was going on, took pictures of what they were looking at, and told me what to look for but that my car was absolutely fine! I will never go anywhere else. Period.
